The Whole-grain Black Rice is produced without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or preservatives. It is a healthy food, rich in nutrients, obtained through applications of biodynamic preparations. Its production seeks to balance the biodiversity of the environment, that is, the harmonious integration of nature, soil, plant, water, animal and energy elements.
Presentation format: 500g vacuum-sealed packages, and 25 kg bags.

Originally from India, where it is enjoyed immensely, the Organic Black Rice was introduced in the sertão of Paraíba by Embrapa. In a pioneering fashion, the Tamanduá Farm has been growing this variety in the Biodynamic system, aiming to enhance its excellent nutritional characteristics. The Organic Black Rice from the Tamanduá Farm contains Omega 3, in addition to high contents of minerals, mainly phosphorus and vitamins. It is another safe and, consequently, healthy food that the Tamanduá Farm is making available to Brazilian families.
